The impact of the Wild Tribe Heroes books on the education of children about Ocean Plastics has been reported on in print and television by BBC TV and Radio, ITV News, Huffington Post, The Guardian, Mail on Sunday, Metro, Western Telegraph and The Cornish Times, as well as international podcasts and independent websites. Ellie Jackson has also received personal letters from David Attenborough and Prince Charles congratulating her on the books and wishing her success.
Wild Tribe Heroes is a supporter of national marine charities Surfers Against Sewage, 2 Minute Beach Clean, The Eden Project and Fathoms Free. Each of these charities has a dedicated mission to raise awareness and improve education to highlight the dangers of plastic in our oceans. They provide free resources and organise beach cleans around the UK.

DELIVERIES:
Where do you deliver to?
- Deliveries are within a 10 mile radius from No Frills HQ in Ibstock, however if we don’t cover your address, please feel free to send us a message to discuss.
When do you deliver?
- Home deliveries are made on Tuesdays and/or by appointment
When do I need to place my order by?
- All orders placed by 12 noon on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday unless otherwise requested and agreed.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
- You will be able to specify a safe location if you prefer but this will be at your risk and you will need to ensure not only that this is a safe location, but also that your goods will be kept dry etc - remember they won’t be in a plastic bag!!

LOCAL PICKUP:
Where can I collect my order from?
- Collection of our local pickup orders are available at present from two locations, here at No Frills Refills store (NFR) in Ibstock. Alternatively from The Coal Bunker, Belvoir Road Coalville. or Coalville C.A.N. Memorial Square, Coalville.
When can I collect?
- Collections from NFR are available during opening hours on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday (30 minutes after opening). Alternative times/days may be possible, just contact us to discuss.
- Collections from The Coalville collection points are available 10 to 3pm Monday to Saturday. You will be notified by email or text when your order is ready for collection.
