Looking for a gift with a difference or perhaps wanting to find out more about how it all works? Either way you can enjoy a personal shopping experience with friends or family with our VIP Experience.
You will have the opportunity to taste a whole host of products from our range of specialty loose leaf teas, locally roasted coffee beans and our delicious recipe kits, through to any of our quality food items.
For a hands on experience you can have a go at filling and weighing out products and become one of our ‘self-fillers’ of the future if you like it!
In addition you will receive:
- A sample of any product of choice
- 5% off any purchase
- 10 Loyalty Points
Your experience will take place at a mutually agreed time outside of normal shop opening hours to ensure you have our full attention. In light of this, bookings are for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6.

Your vouchers will be emailed to you but if you would like us to print any off to provide as a gift, please let us know and we can arrange for you to collect.

DELIVERIES:
Where do you deliver to?
- Deliveries are within a 14 mile radius from No Frills HQ in Ibstock, however if we don’t cover your address, please feel free to send us a message to discuss.
When do you deliver?
- Home deliveries are usually made on Fridays and/or by appointment
When do I need to place my order by?
- All orders placed by 6pm on Tuesdays of the week you wish to receive your order unless otherwise requested and agreed.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
- You will be able to specify a safe location if you prefer but this will be at your risk and you will need to ensure not only that this is a safe location, but also that your goods will be kept dry and protected.

Where can I collect my order from?
- Collection of our local pickup orders are available from No Frills Refills store (NFR) in Ibstock, the Coal Bunker, Belvoir Road Coalville. or Coalville C.A.N. Memorial Square, Coalville during normal opening hours Wednesday to Saturday - it is appreciated if you can indicate when you would prefer to collect from these locations.
- Sileby - 9-10 every other Friday
- Syston 10.30-11.30 every other Friday
- Birstall 12.30-1.30 4th Friday of the month

When do I need to place my Order?
Orders need to be placed online by 6pm on the Tuesday of the week you would like to receive your Order.
