DELIVERIES:
Where do you deliver to?
- Deliveries are within a 14 mile radius from No Frills HQ in Ibstock, however if we don’t cover your address, please feel free to send us a message to discuss.
When do you deliver?
- Home deliveries are usually made on Fridays and/or by appointment
When do I need to place my order by?
- All orders placed by 6pm on Tuesdays of the week you wish to receive your order unless otherwise requested and agreed.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
- You will be able to specify a safe location if you prefer but this will be at your risk and you will need to ensure not only that this is a safe location, but also that your goods will be kept dry and protected.

Where can I collect my order from?
- Collection of our local pickup orders are available from No Frills Refills store (NFR) in Ibstock, the Coal Bunker, Belvoir Road Coalville. or Coalville C.A.N. Memorial Square, Coalville during normal opening hours Wednesday to Saturday - it is appreciated if you can indicate when you would prefer to collect from these locations.
- Sileby - 9-10 every other Friday
- Syston 10.30-11.30 every other Friday
- Birstall 12.30-1.30 4th Friday of the month
