Luxury Christmas Cake recipe kit - makes a 6” round cake. This couldn’t be easier to make, all your dry ingredients in one jar which you simply add to your wet ingredients and away you go!


Jar Contains:

Luxury Mixed Dried Fruit ~ glace cherries; sultanas; currants; raisins; cranberries; apricots; mixed peel

Plain flour

Brown Sugar

Ground Almonds


Allergens: Wheat (gluten); Nuts (almonds); (sulphur dioxide)

You’ll need to add:

100g softened butter

2 eggs

1/2 tbs treacle (or syrup)

2 tbs brandy (or liquid of choice ie orange juice, tea, milk)


pre-heat oven to 140c Fan

grease and line the base and sides of a 6” cake tin with a double layer of paper 

Beat the wet ingredients together before adding the contents of the jar and mix well

pour into prepared tin and gently flatten

cover tin with a double layer of paper and bake for around 3 to 3 1/2 hours until a skewer comes out clean

cool in tin and once cool pierce and feed with brandy. Feed regularly until Christmas.

Keep tightly wrapped/in an airtight container between feeds
