We are sad to lose yet another refill business in our local area Sandra at Real Refills closes at the end of January. Sandra and I have worked together for over four years, supporting each other, offering advice and encouragement to one another in our journey as small independent business owners. We have become friends along the way too so I know we will keep in touch and it is with Sandra's blessing that we are looking to offer some form of refill option in the Charnwood area.
I already travel to the area on a weekly basis, so around this I am thrilled to be able to offer our products via online orders extending our local delivery/pick-ups up to 14 miles. This also provides NFR with an opportunity to grow and become more sustainable as a business ourselves, for this we are grateful.
We aim to trial this for a period of three months and review on an ongoing basis every three months thereafter. We have already met a number of lovely new customers and look forward to meeting many more over the next few weeks.
